Requirements
Attention to detail in following instructions
Ability to comply with safety requirements
Ability to learn to operate production machines under the direction of a trained operator or technician
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.

Responsibilities
Supports production and machine operation
Prepare and mix inks for production work
Prepares and batches work for screen printing and pad printing processes, including mixing inks and preparing cliches and screens
Performs assigned product development and testing
Assists operators with machine and product setup and quality control
Assists engineers and machinists with troubleshooting and repair of production machines
