Responsibilities
The Data Analyst will use client platform data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights supporting mission objectives and system improvements.
Work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, ensure data quality and governance compliance, and develop methodologies for data collection, analysis, and visualization.
Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance, costs, usage, and customer satisfaction.
Perform advanced data analysis using statistical methods, data mining, and predictive analytics, integrating data from various sources to uncover correlations and forecast future needs.
Validate data accuracy, document processes, and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with technical teams to optimize data systems, implement improvements, and develop reusable analytical components.
