Under the supervision of the Manager or Director, the Supervisor Support Services - Laboratory is responsible for the general supervision of lab assistant and phlebotomist personnel.

The Supervisor Support Services oversees the work of staff in performing the collection, processing, labeling, storage, and distribution of samples used in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

The Supervisor provides assistance to Director in overseeing all client and administrative support services for the Clinical Laboratories.

Supervises the work of lab assistants in the clinical and histology labs.

Supervises the work of phlebotomists in the clinical lab.

Distributes work to staff based on assessment of operational needs.
