Requirements
Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor or equivalent is an asset
Minimum 10 years’ experience in contract management and/or procurement in utility sectors, preferably Transmission and Distribution projects
Demonstrated experience managing complex tender and contract processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to support documentation, analysis, and communication
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
