Requirements
Knowledge of financial crimes technology platforms, transaction monitoring systems, and data analytics
Proven track record implementing and managing BSA/AML compliance programs and independent testing functions at complex financial institutions.
Collaborative approach with proven ability to build partnerships across functions
Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen
CAMS, CFCS, or similar certification.
8+ years of AML or financial crime experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Responsibilities
The Vice President of BSA & Sanctions Program Risk Management is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks across the Bank's Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and Sanctions program.
This role provides critical risk oversight to ensure the BSA/AML & Sanctions program effectively mitigates financial crime risk in alignment with regulatory expectations and the Bank's risk appetite.
The VP serves as a key leader within the compliance organization, partnering with business lines, third-party managers, and senior leadership to strengthen the Bank's defenses against financial crime.
