HVAC Service Manager

Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in service operations within HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and electrical

Proven track record managing large teams and multi-trade operations

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, controls, and electrical distribution

Experience in contract management, estimating, and P&L responsibility

Demonstrated success in client relations, conflict resolution, and operational improvement

Leadership and Team Development

Lead and manage all service operations within the Corpus Christi territory

Hold accountability for HVAC, plumbing, boiler, and electrical service teams and their performance

Ensure service delivery meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

Drive financial performance, including revenue growth, margin management, and expense control

Build and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Align service strategies with company objectives through collaboration with other departments
