Requirements

2+ years of experience in deal desk or contract management in a SaaS or technology environment.

Understanding of B2B commercial contracts and deal structures.

Experience working with CRM (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM).

Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative

to support our sales teams in day to day execution of key deals.

This role will serve as a partner to Account Executives and Account Managers; working with them to build quotes, execute contracts, and review redlines.

Deal Structuring & Review

Help maintain team SLAs for timely changes

Assist sales teams in designing quotes and contracts, including product bundling, and multi-year "ramp" deals.
