We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Hospice LPN.

This role is responsible for providing assistance in caring for our Hospice patients.

You will provide bedside care to patients, support families and caregivers and work closely with the RN Case Manager.

Otterbein Hospice complies with Hospice Medicare Conditions of Participation, and Ohio Department of Health regulatory requirements.
