Reliability and excellent attendance are essential

Responsibilities
The Overnight Concierge/Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the community during the night, while also serving as the primary on-site contact for residents. This role combines light housekeeping duties, overnight cleaning tasks, and concierge-style support.
Monitor the front door, answer phones, and respond to resident inquiries during overnight hours
Conduct regular safety and security patrols throughout the building
Respond to resident concerns or emergencies and escalate appropriately
Document nightly activities in logs and shift handover reports
