Responsibilities
is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead and inspire a team building the technology behind one of the world’s biggest stages - the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games
In this role, you will drive the development of critical features and services that will power LA28 experiences, from access control and seamless payment solutions to intuitive B2B platforms and high-performance transactional systems at a global scale
Working closely with your team, you will design and deliver innovative, scalable technology that helps bring millions of fans closer to LA28, setting new standards for how live events are experienced worldwide.
Stay hands-on in the work, including code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and contributing directly when needed.
Partner closely with Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to identify, prioritize, and drive technical initiatives.
Guide the team to deliver high-quality software through strong execution, collaboration, and accountability.
