Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in LAN/WAN engineering support, Network Administration, and WAN Administration within both classified and unclassified environments

Expertise in LAN/WAN protocols such as BGP, MPLS, and LDP, with experience in a service provider environment

Solid background in network design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in a multi-vendor environment

Proficiency in device configuration for both wired and wireless technologies, as well as voice and video technologies

Active Secret clearance with SSBI or Top-Secret clearance

DoD 8570 Baseline Certification (Category IAT Level III), such as CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP

Responsibilities

CSCI is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Network Engineer to join our client's Engineering Support Services program in Pearl Harbor, HI.

Network Design & Engineering: Provide subject matter expertise in the engineering, design, and maintenance of a corporate, campus-wide CISCO LAN plant featuring Gigabit switching and routing to both internal and external networks

Enterprise Network Solutions: Support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of enterprise network solutions across multiple sites (over 200 locations)

Technology Refresh Support: Play an active role in the planning, design, and deployment of technology refreshes for the enterprise network

Laboratory Assessments: Conduct lab assessments for both classified and unclassified DISN Services, ensuring proper connectivity and interoperability between WAN, IOEE/IOSEE, and DISA's NOCs (Network Operation Centers)
