Marketing Intern - Sales Enablement

Genuine interest in sales enablement, content strategy, or B2B marketing

Comfortable working with digital tools and content management platforms; prior exposure to Seismic, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus but not required

Conduct a comprehensive audit of all existing content in Seismic, reviewing every document for accuracy, relevance, and completeness.

Ensure all documents are properly titled using clear, consistent naming conventions that are easy for the sales team to search and find.

Apply accurate tags and metadata to all Seismic content so documents surface correctly in search results and recommendations.

Organize all content into logical Seismic Collections, ensuring each piece is categorized appropriately by product line, content type, buyer stage, or other relevant taxonomy.

Partner with Product Managers to ensure technical accuracy of product-related materials and that new content is correctly uploaded and categorized.

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align content organization with current campaigns, messaging frameworks, and brand standards.
