As our first pediatrician in Washington, you will serve as the anchor physician for the state, helping lay the foundation for care delivery, team culture, and community presence. This is a unique opportunity to be both a clinical leader and a visible ambassador of Imagine Pediatrics' mission. In addition to delivering exceptional virtual-first care, a significant portion of this role will focus on external engagement, brand advocacy, and community outreach. You will build relationships with families, providers, and organizations that support our pediatric population.

The role offers a base salary range of  $210,000 - $225,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients:

Oversee care plans, collaborate with PCPs and specialists, and ensure comprehensive care coordination

Lead a multidisciplinary team:

Partner with nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and social workers to provide wraparound care in a virtual-first model

Serve as the face of Imagine Pediatrics in Washington:

Represent Imagine in external forums, engage with local medical communities, and advocate for value-based, home-centered care
