Responsibilities
Booker is responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation, and reconciling payments with accuracy.
Responsible for auditing and closing repair orders by verifying the accuracy of labor, parts, technician time, pricing, and documentation.
Ensures repair orders comply with dealership policies and manufacturer standards before final billing and posting.
Coordinates with service advisors, technicians, warranty administrators, and accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate service records
