Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years successful in a sales operational supervisory role within digital media, streaming, and broadcast television.
Extensive knowledge of digital advertising, including programmatic buying, OTT/CTV, social media, audience targeting, and attribution models.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to lead and inspire team as well as work alongside Account Executives and Sales Managers with client partners.

Responsibilities
This supervisory role will oversee a group of Account Managers.
You will work the team leading efforts in developing and optimizing sales operations systems and workflow for the sales organization across digital and linear platforms to better serve our customers.
You will use process, technology and AI to create the most efficient and effective systems.
As we build out the sales team of the future, you will seek to learn why we do things operationally the way we do currently and challenge for alternatives that will improve workflow.
This position reports to the Director of Sales.
Lead and manage team of Account Managers ensuring accurate fulfillment of digital and linear orders and all operational processes across Florida.
