Responsibilities
adoption of strategic initiatives.
This role focuses on building practical deliverables\u2014communications plans and assets, training plans, job aids, and readiness/adoption tracking tools\u2014and delivering them through coordinated change activities (e.g., announcements, leader messaging, enablement sessions, and office hours).
partners with Business Transformation, program managers, HR/L&D, IT, and Communications to ensure all impacted stakeholders are informed, trained, supported through go-live, and able to sustain new ways of working.
This role is initially structured as a consulting engagement.
Create integrated communications plans for each rollout (audiences, key messages, channels, cadence, and feedback loops)
Draft and deliver communications (announcements, emails/posts, FAQs, leader talking points, and toolkits) to prepare users before, during, and after go-live
