Lead modernization efforts, including legacy system refactoring, cloud-native architecture adoption, and technical debt reduction

As a Laureate Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership for Blackbaud’s core products, helping shape the future of our products..

You’ll operate as a senior technical authority, influencing architecture, quality, and long-term technical direction across teams while partnering closely with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leaders.

This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives on solving complex problems at scale, modernizing legacy systems, and mentoring senior engineers to deliver highly reliable, secure, and performant SaaS solutions—while intentionally leveraging AI-assisted development practices across the full software lifecycle.
