Requirements
5+ years of insurance statutory reporting experience, with strong understanding of insurance company financial reporting and regulatory compliance
Experience preparing quarterly and annual statutory financial statements
Knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance

Responsibilities
Prepare complex quarterly and annual statutory financial statements for Stewart's regulated title insurance companies with respective state department of insurance.
Assist in ensuring compliance with SAP, NAIC reporting requirements, and applicable state insurance regulations.
Coordinate and manage statutory reporting deadlines to ensure timely filings with insurance regulators.
Coordinate with External Actuaries for midyear and annual review of STG, including preparation/review of all data and required schedules.
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation impacting statutory financial statements, as applicable.
Prepare statutory surplus analyses, reserve reporting, forecasts, capital reporting, and other regulatory financial analyses.
