Requirements
3–5 years of FP&A or related finance experience, ideally in a high-growth or MedTech environment
Demonstrated experience with consolidated financial reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to finance workflows such as variance analysis, reporting automation, or financial modeling; comfort experimenting with and scaling new tools in a fast-moving environment

The Pay Range for this position is listed.
