Responsibilities
We’re looking for an experienced operator who has lived the 0–1 journey. Someone who knows how to take a SaaS product from concept to paying customers. As an AI Business Lead at Martell Group, you’ll be the commercial lead behind new ventures, shaping their go-to-market strategy, validating revenue models, and driving early sales traction.
Lead customer discovery, validation, and early revenue generation
Design and execute GTM strategies for new venture launches
Own outbound and inbound sales efforts from outreach to close
Build and maintain key customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals
