Prior healthcare, hospice, or medical office experience preferred

Proficient with EMR systems and scheduling tools

The Hospice Intake Coordinator ensures seamless hospice operations through the scheduling of hospice aides for consistent patient care and the maintenance of accurate, compliant medical records.

This role directly supports clinical teams, contributes to quality of patient care, and ensures documentation and scheduling processes meet regulatory, compliance, and operational standards.

Manage daily and weekly schedules for hospice aides

Adjust coverage due to call-offs, new admissions, or changing patient needs

Maintain clear communication between aides, nurses, and supervisors
