Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years equivalent professional experience required
Experience collaborating with National and International Federations and knowledge of their structure and functioning during national and international events.
Ability to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the operational elements required for organizing major sports events/competitions.
Experience in international sporting events, preferably tennis events.
Experience in working with an International Federation and knowledge of their structure and operation is an advantage
Experience of working with a National Sport Federation and knowledge of its structure and operation at domestic and international events is an advantage
Responsibilities
Create and ensure organized follow-up of the sharing of databases related to key topics of the Sport Delivery Plan between the International Federation and the various departments of LA28
Support the Sport Manager to ensure that all operational procedures and processes of LA28 are understood and followed. This includes coordinating administrative operations, monitoring and sharing databases, planning team meetings, and managing Sport Information desks and competition delivery projects
Collaborate with the Sport Manager and the Manager of Technical Operations for the coordination of the teams and administrative operations: monitoring, updating, and sharing the database and various resource documents, planning management, and of the organization, team meetings, etc.
Collaborate with the IF Services and Relations Manager to ensure sharing of information and tools with the services team and other stakeholders.
Collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners and various LA28 Functional Areas (FAs) to ensure the seamless integration of sport-specific operations with broader Games-delivery services .Perform other duties as required to support the successful delivery and operation of the Olympic and Paralympic tennis events.
