$110k base with a $40k bonus

Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers within engineering sectors
Manage existing account relationships supporting active Client projects
Optimizing business profitability with mid-size accounts
Close offshore deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants)
Responsible for determining proposal and pricing strategy to close sales and win business.
