Responsibilities
The Staff Structured Origination Manager will lead Antora’s efforts to identify, evaluate, acquire, and co-develop energy projects for long-duration energy storage (LDES) deployment.
This role is uniquely focused on co-location strategies with renewable developers, identifying solar and wind projects in MISO, SPP, PJM, and other markets, and structuring complex, multi-party agreements that allow Antora to add storage to the grid.
A core part of this role is originating and structuring novel commercial agreements with renewable developers, enabling Antora to deliver value to its customers and generate strong risk-adjusted returns.
The Senior Manager will sit at the intersection of M&A, energy markets, project development, and structured finance, building Antora’s pipeline of co-located storage projects through developer relationships, rigorous diligence, and creative deal structuring.
