We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

​​3+ years of experience in Website Coordination, Social Media Coordination, Technical Customer Support, Marketing or similar.

1+ years of experience in project management.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for coordinating customer onboarding for marketing campaigns, websites, mobile apps, ecommerce products and other products between cross-functional teams.

Participating in kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process.

Leading onboarding calls to assist clients in setting up marketing channels and platforms including Website, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram and Google My Business.

Provide guidance and support during the initial stages of the onboarding process, addressing any client concerns and ensuring a clear understanding of the process.

Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding and post-live.

Managing the amount of time for customers to move from setup phase to the time their marketing initiatives are running.
