Total Rewards:

The salary range for this position is

$130,000 - $140,000 USD

per year.

This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. You have audited our AI prototype pipeline and identified the single greatest technical hurdle preventing a seamless customer experience.

You have deployed a high-impact optimization to a core AI feature (e.g., boosting search precision) that shows a measurable increase in user engagement.

You own the end-to-end lifecycle of a major AI initiative and have "bridged" at least two engineers into AI-fluent contributors through pairing.

In this role, your expertise in AI engineering and scalable software systems will play a key part in defining and delivering the next generation of intelligent experiences across our platform.
