Program Manager

Experience in managing 5+ projects in parallel with the help of Project Managers with a total headcount of 50+ people

3+ years of experience in managing specifically enterprise-wide technology transformation and innovation, experience in FinTech is a big plus

Successful experience with outsourcing development from the client-side or subcontractor side

Experience in creating program-level status reports

Methodical in approach to resolving issues
