Requirements
At minimum, completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a regulated health profession or recognized equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in geriatric rehabilitation, long-term care, dementia care or seniors' mental health is required
Current Certificate of Registration in good standing from a college recognized under the Regulated Health Professions Act (e.g. College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario).
Basic Cardiac Life Support (B Level or C Level) Heart Saver Plus Canada
Experience working with medically complex frail elderly with cognitive impairment
Experience as member of interprofessional team required
