Three plus years of experience in an accounts payable role.

The Accounts Payable Clerk supports the Accounting and Financial Outsourcing (AFO) team by performing day-to-day accounts payable functions for assigned clients.

This role ensures vendor bills are processed accurately and timely while maintaining organized financial records and supporting the overall accounting workflow.

Working closely with AFO consultants and managers, the Accounts Payable Clerk helps maintain accurate financial data by managing invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor communication.

This role plays an important part in supporting the month-end close process and ensuring client accounting records remain complete and reliable.

The Accounts Payable Clerk position involves processing bills, maintaining records, and performing recurring financial tasks that require strong attention to detail and consistency.
