3 - 5 years of required previous experience in sales operations, proposal management
Experience in sales operations/proposal management
Proficient in using AI and quick to adapt to new technologies
Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Adobe Professional, and various AI tools
Responsibilities
your key area of responsibility will be to perform a broad range of duties/tasks as a member of the RFX team.
The main responsibilities for this role will be divided into proposal management, and other RFX project related tasks.
The RFP Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development and management of standard proposals, bids, and quotations for our reselling partners, as well as responding to/completing vendor and security questionnaires and other similar documents describing Geotab’s products and services..
For the project management-related duties, the RFP Specialist will be responsible for managing certain tasks related to driving efficiencies, and optimizing tools and resources.
