Workers Comp Case Manager

What’s Required

Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Clinical degree in an Allied Health field or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred.

3 years Experience in workers’ compensation, human resources, occupational/employee health, claims administration, vocational rehabilitation, insurance, or related field.

Workers’ Compensation Professional (WCP), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS), or similar professional certification preferred.

MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Oversees case management activities, return-to-work coordination, and claim administration support.

This position is eligible for remote work. While qualified candidates from any location will be considered, there is a strong preference for candidates who reside in Michigan.
