Manager, Accounting

You bring at least five years of progressive accounting experience and know your way around the full close cycle — from ledger entries to financial statements.

You're comfortable working across ERP systems like NetSuite and can hold your own in conversations with auditors, investors, and leadership alike.

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including exposure to full-cycle close and financial reporting

2+ years managing direct reports in an accounting or finance function

Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and acquisitions is considered an asset.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise ERP system

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery across all reporting cycles

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting investor reporting as needed

Own the general ledger — maintaining the system, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring reconciliations are complete and correct

Develop and enforce internal financial controls and procedures that keep AppDirect audit-ready year-round

Partner with the external audit team annually, coordinating documentation and responses across the finance function

Manage and grow a team of at least two direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, and clear direction on priorities
