Possess deep knowledge of jewellery and GIA certified is a plus.

Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results, result-oriented with commercial acumen and a strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry. Your focus on results drives the business forward.

An effective and clear communicator with clients and team members, ensuring everyone understands the brand's vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

As a

Senior Brand Ambassador,

you will be the face of our De Beers London’s flagship store in New York, driving sales performance across all categories, with a particular focus on growing High Jewellery sales. You will cultivate strong client relationships, create new connections, and act as a role model for all Brand Ambassadors, demonstrating expertise in all aspects of the selling ceremony. Your role will also involve sharing your knowledge with other team members through training sessions and delivering client presentations that showcase diamond expertise and brand knowledge.
