Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting logistics operations by managing customer relationships, coordinating freight activities, and ensuring service excellence. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers via phone and email
Communicate service issues and updates to assigned customers in designated areas
Collaborate with Sales to identify new lanes, changing volumes, and additional business opportunities
