Staff Technical Product Manager

8+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on technical platforms, operations systems, or enterprise workflow tools.

Proven success building and launching warranty, service, claims processing, or operations-related digital solutions.

Automotive warranty, service operations, or aftersales system experience strongly preferred.

Ability to create detailed technical requirement for software engineering partners.

Data-driven decision making; comfortable with dashboards, SQL basics, and experimentation.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $140,000.00 - $170,000.00

Initial California base salary range = $154,000 - $187,000
