Director of FinanceRemote, United States

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent required

10+ years of experience in Finance, preferably within a medium-sized, high-growth company

At least 5+ years of managerial experience

Excellent financial modeling skills

SaaS and FinTech experience is a plus

MBA degree is a plus

Maintain short and long-term revenue forecasting, including pipeline health, bookings, billings, and ARR.

Responsible for Revenue Reporting & Analytics including delivering timely, decision-ready revenue insights (growth drivers, churn, expansion, cohort trends) and translating complex revenue data into executive-level narratives.

Play a leadership role in tactical and strategic pricing activities across eMoney Finance.

Serve as the authority on pricing and packaging and develop a strategic roadmap which informs the overall pricing strategy working with Sales, Marketing, and the leadership team.

Maintain and improve an efficient operating model for eMoney, developing a deep understanding of SaaS unit economics and ensuring our pricing and delivery models are designed to meet our margin & growth objectives\u00A0

Develop detailed financial models highlighting key metrics, unit economics, assumptions, and impacts to both eMoney and the client
