The Receiving Coordinator\u00A0is responsible for\u00A0receiving and inspecting\u00A0incoming goods, ensuring accuracy, compliance with company policies, and organizing the inventory for easy access and distribution\u00A0with minimal oversight.\u00A0This role primarily receives\u00A0and\u00A0maintains\u00A0daily volume for\u00A0individual\u00A0parcels, less-than-truck-loads\u00A0(LTL) and full-truck-loads\u00A0(FTL).\u00A0This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively\u00A0and efficiently\u00A0to ensure the smooth flow of materials into the warehouse.\u00A0

Core Functions\u00A0

Receiving & Inventory Processing:

Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and packing slips, ensuring accuracy when posting items in the system.

Label, store, and organize products in primary locations for picking, while staging overstock appropriately.

Unload inbound shipments and transfer trailers safely and efficiently, and develop a working knowledge of bills of lading (BOLs).
