As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience
