Customer Service Representative (Back Office)

Previous experience in Customer Service, ideally in a corporate or international environment.

SAP knowledge would be beneficial, especially for checking order-related information and processing service requests.

At Huntsman we are looking for a Customer Service Representative (Back Office) to join our Advanced Materials team in Krakow.

In this role, you will support our Customer Service, Commercial and Supply Chain teams with complaint and return processes.

You will help ensure that customer requests are handled accurately, on time and in line with agreed service standards.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a Customer Service or Order to Cash background who would like to work in an international corporate environment.
