Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or people management responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or NCECF, financial reporting standards, and internal control frameworks.

Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven
to serve as a true business partner.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting activities, the integrity of inventory accounting and valuation, and the development and performance of the accounting team.
This position is critical to ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information, strengthening internal controls, and providing management with meaningful financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards (NCECF).
Oversee and review bank reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, petty cash, and inventory reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are analyzed, resolved, and properly documented.
