Requirements
7+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, test engineering, product engineering, technical program management, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional engineering programs from development through manufacturing.
Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, silicon validation, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and production test flows.
Experience with memory technologies, including NAND Flash, DRAM, HBM, or emerging memory architectures.
Knowledge of ASIC, SoC, mixed-signal, or high-speed digital semiconductor products.

Responsibilities
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
to lead the planning, development, and deployment of semiconductor and memory test solutions across the product lifecycle.
This role will drive cross-functional programs spanning ASIC/SoC design, DFT, product engineering, silicon validation, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to deliver scalable, high-quality test solutions for advanced semiconductor and memory products.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management expertise with a deep understanding of semiconductor testing, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management.
This individual will be responsible for driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of test solutions from product definition through high-volume manufacturing.
