Reporting to Inventory Control Manager, this role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Central Kitchen facility.

The performance of the duties must ensure a quality service approach to all employees, customers and suppliers.

Ensure that all products produced in the facility meet the standards for quality and portion size.

Ensure products are properly labeled and loaded into totes.

Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures including cleaning, sanitation, government regulation and food safety.

Practice proper care and maintenance of all equipment.
