5+ years of operations or compliance management experience, with 3+ years directly managing teams of specialists or coordinators

Comfort working with data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and inform decisions

Curiosity and openness toward AI and workflow automation tools; prior experience piloting or implementing such solutions is a plus

SimpliSafe is seeking an experienced operations and compliance leader to manage and unify our Monitoring Compliance team.

This role can be based out of our Boston, MA headquarters or our Richmond, VA Cox Road Monitoring Center.

You’ll lead a team of 6–8 Compliance Specialists across licensing, permitting, and data entry — bringing these functions together under a cohesive operating model while driving meaningful process improvements and identifying opportunities for AI-enabled efficiency.
