Responsibilities
Support service delivery by managing tools, documentation, and customer communications
Map, analyse, and continuously optimise the end-to-end customer journey to enhance experience, identify pain points, and drive service improvements across all touchpoints
Manage and support vetting and clearance processes, ensuring all checks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
Handle highly confidential and sensitive data with integrity, ensuring strict adherence to data protection standards, information governance policies, and best practice at all times
Design, implement, and continuously refine service processes that improve operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience
Monitor and track the effectiveness of new and existing service processes using data, KPIs, and feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives
