Buyer, MA

Experience in retail buying, merchandising, planning, or category management.

Retail planning experience preferred.

Experience managing external relationships, adversarial and collaborative negotiations.

Ability to gather / analyze data and to work with incomplete information

Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information

The Buyer Is responsible for driving the revenue and profitability of our retail business.

To do this, the Buyer

set and execute market-specific assortment strategies

-that help create a world-class patient/customer experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop localized assortments, retail pricing strategies, and sales forecasts to drive profitability.

Allocate internally produced products from our manufacturing site to our stores on a weekly basis.
