7+ years of progressive corporate treasury, corporate finance, or commercial banking experience.

1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of banking portals, SWIFT messaging, and clearing networks.

Success Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Treasury Manager to oversee our financial risk management, cash operations, and banking relationships.

In this role, reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will lead daily liquidity management, optimize cash flow forecasting, and ensure our capital structure effectively supports company objectives.

Cash Management & Liquidity

Oversee daily cash positioning, cash pooling, and automated clearing house (ACH)/wire transactions.

Manage short-term investment portfolios and optimize yield on excess cash while preserving capital.

Maintain and optimize a rolling 13-month cash flow forecasting model to predict liquidity needs.
