Rooms Back of House Supervisor

Nice to have:

1 year of experience in Hospitality or similar role.

Must be able to read, write Basic English and know simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, division etc.

Ability to use Computer and Microsoft Office a plus

This position requires a flexible schedule, must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Manage overall daily operations of the laundry department.

Supervises work performed in the facility areas including receiving, cleaning, and distribution of laundry.

Assist housekeeping managers and Director of housekeeping in enforcing policies, procedures, rules, and regulations as per hotel standards.

Responsible for proper handling of customer linen and valet (dry-clean and pressing) and establishes standards and procedures to ensure quality of work performed

Maintains a safe and clean work environment; report any accident, incident, or safety issues to the loss prevention team and Director of housekeeping.

Provides daily information for daily, weekly and monthly operating reports
