Manager HR Service Delivery & Technology

You bring a strong mix of HCM technology expertise, implementation experience, service delivery knowledge, and people leadership.

You're comfortable getting into the details of configuration, workflows, testing, security, reporting, and issue resolution — but you can also step back and connect the work to business outcomes.

Dayforce expertise is essential for this role.

We're looking for deep hands-on experience across multiple modules and a proven track record supporting implementation, stabilization, optimization, and ongoing platform support.

7+ years of progressive experience in HR technology, HCM systems, HR operations, shared services, service delivery, or a related environment.

Deep hands-on Dayforce HCM experience across multiple modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Analytics/Reporting, workflows, configuration, security roles, forms, data management, integrations, testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live support.

to help complete our Dayforce implementation across Canada and the U.S.

and lead the platform into its next phase of stabilization, governance, optimization, and continuous improvement.

This role is designed for an HR professional who understands both the technical and operational side of a successful HCM environment.

From configuration and workflows to integrations, reporting, security, testing, and support, you'll help ensure Dayforce delivers value long after implementation.

Our operations teams rely on accurate workforce data, efficient processes, and reliable systems to make informed decisions every day.
