supports the service department by greeting customers, moving and parking vehicles, and ensuring the dealership’s service area is clean, organized, and efficient. This role helps create a positive customer experience while maintaining smooth service drive operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude; answer questions and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
