Specialist New Store Coordinator Product & Delivery

5+ years of experience in new store openings or retail network deployment.

3+ years of leadership experience managing medium to large teams in retail or automotive environments.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or equivalent experience (project management certification preferred).

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of internal teams and external partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $90,000.00 - $112,500.00

Initial California base salary range = $99,000-$112,500.00
